All ticket prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and are subject to change without notice.
Your Hop-On Hop-Off City Loop ticket can be used on any day and any date for up to 6 months from the intended date of travel. Due to limited capacity and set tour times for our City Loop + Richmond Village and City Loop + Mt Wellington tours, you will need to select a specific date and time. If you need to change the date or time of your tour, as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to your tour departure, please contact us by phone on 03 6236 9116 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to alter your booking, subject to availability.
For all tour and ticket types, cancellations made within 7 days of the selected travel date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds are issued for cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice of the selected travel date and incur an administration charge of 30% of the total booking amount. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Once completed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation by email. Simply show your driver a copy of your booking confirmation (printed or electronic) when boarding the bus.

Red Decker drivers are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle as their primary focus. They are not responsible for the behaviour and safety of children when not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Food and beverages are not to be consumed onboard any Red Decker vehicle.
Alcohol, smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted onboard any Red Decker vehicle.
Red Decker reserve the right to eject any passengers behaving in an inappropriate, offensive, intoxicated or destructive manner from the vehicle or stop the vehicle until the situation is resolved.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to Red Decker vehicles as a direct result of their actions, e.g. vandalism and breakage of interior or exterior fittings.
Red Decker is not responsible for any property left onboard Red Decker vehicles. Vehicles are inspected daily for lost property. Lost property is stored for a minimum of 48 hours. After this time, Red Decker reserves the right to destroy any lost property.

Red Decker will only collect personal information when freely provided by you that will allow us to operate our business in order to provide you with the products available on this website. Such information may include your name, email address, mailing address and phone number.
