New Zoodoo Zoo Tour

We’re excited to announce our new City Loop + Zoodoo Zoo Tour! It’s a combined ticket for two iconic Hobart tours – Zoodoo Zoo and Red Decker’s Hop-On Hop-Off City Loop Tour.

Join our tour to Zoodoo Zoo, one of the best wildlife parks in Tasmania. Get up close and personal with native Tasmanian animals like the famous Tasmanian Devil. Zoodoo Zoo is also home to a large range of other farm animals and exotic animals including lions, zebra, and meerkats to name a few.

The Zoodoo Zoo Shuttle is a 3.5 hour tour and scenic drive through the Coal River Valley. You’ll have 2 hours at Zoodoo Zoo to spend at your own leisure. Tours depart every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 1.00pm from the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre in Hobart.

The City Loop + Zoodoo Zoo Tour also includes a 48hr Red Decker City Loop Ticket valid from the time you first board. Choose from 20 different stops featuring the best sights and attractions in and around Hobart. Hop-on and hop-off as many times as you like or stay on board and do the 90-minute city loop tour – the choice is yours! Our red open-top double decker buses provide unrivalled views of this beautiful city, including local landmarks such as the River Derwent, Tasman Bridge and kunanyi/Mt Wellington as well as an abundance of colonial architecture and city streetscapes. The City Loop Tour departs daily at 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.00pm from the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre in Hobart.

Passengers receive a 20% discount on standard Zoodoo Zoo entry, plus a complimentary copy of Red Decker’s The Official Sightseeing Guide to Hobart with exclusive local discounts.

Professional and informative multilingual commentary is available on the Hop-On Hop-Off City Loop Tour. Select English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Spanish. Complimentary earphones are available from your driver. Please note that the commentary on the Zoodoo Zoo Tour is currently only available in English.

Tickets are $65 for adults, $55 for concessions and $40 for children.
