All ticket prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once you have made your initial 24 hour or 48 hour city loop reservation with The Red Decker Company you are able to change your date of travel, if required. 24 hour and 48 hour city loop tickets can be used on any day and any date for up to 6 months from the intended date of travel. Your 24 hour or 48 hour city loop reservation can be altered on board the bus at any time by handing your city loop ticket to the driver or by contacting us by phone on +613 6236 9116 or email bookings@reddecker.com.au to change any of your booking details.

Due to limited capacity and set tour times for the Cascade Brewery and Mt Wellington combination tours, these tickets must be used at a specific time on a specific date. If you do change your mind, as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to your tour departure, please contact us by phone on +613 6236 9116 or email bookings@reddecker.com.au and provide your preferred alternative date and time. We will endeavour to alter your booking, depending on availability.

 

Refund Policy

For all city loop and combination tours, cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice, incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Online Bookings

On completing your online booking you will receive a booking confirmation email detailing your booking. Please bring this booking confirmation (printed or electronic) to the Red Decker Shop at Brooke Street Pier, Franklin Wharf in Hobart or present it to your driver on boarding the bus and we will provide you with your ticket.

General

The Red Decker Company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all tours listed on this website are currently in operation and pricing is true and correct.

Red Decker Company drivers are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle as their primary focus. They are not responsible for the behavior and safety of children when not accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Food and beverages are not to be consumed onboard any Red Decker Company vehicle.

Alcohol, smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted onboard any Red Decker Company vehicle.

The Red Decker Company reserve the right to eject any passengers behaving in an inappropriate, offensive, intoxicated or destructive manner from the vehicle or stop the vehicle until the situation is resolved.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to Red Decker Company vehicles as a direct result of their actions, e.g. vandalism and breakage of interior or exterior fittings.

The Red Decker Company is not responsible for any property left onboard Red Decker Company vehicles. Vehicles are inspected daily for lost property. Lost property is stored by The Red Decker Company for a minimum of 48 hours. After this time, The Red Decker Company reserves the right to destroy any lost property.
